#47 extended metadata to Equella #48

I see there's been a number of further updates on master since this, so we'll want to rebase the branch and then test #47 with oEQ 6.6 - and 2018.2.

If testing passes, we'll then merge to master and 'release' as such.

@mrblippy could you let me know how you're positioned for this?

This did get tested as part of https://github.com/equella/Equella/issues/415, which I closed. But I didn't close this corresponding moodle issue
