Restore line printing in tracer #1310

Hi there!

I really enjoy OpenFisca, but I recently encountered an issue.

Here is what I did:

openfisca test -v

Here is what I expected to happen:

To print the computation log.

Here is what actually happened:

It did not.

Here is data (or links to it) that can help you reproduce this issue:

In computation_log, the method for printing the log is noop.
