Better rank languages in new language addition dropdown
Using a similar technique to what we've done on packaging shapes and materials, bias the language addition based on the barcode of the product, and any country of sale, or any language defined in the Country taxonomy.
In countries like Belgium, that means Dutch and French (at least) should be on top
