We should improve the "review" dialog #3870

Hi everyone,

When the user logs in for the first time, we ask him/her if he/she wants to review our app. But honestly, the UI is unattractive and I think it may even generate bad reviews.

We may consider:

Tasklist

### Tasks
- [ ] Add a way to conjure the rating modal from the DEV mode for easier testing
- [ ] We could also add an illustration (we have none, we could reuse the planet with smileys)
- [ ] We should not conjure the modal immediately after login, but on screen with a low intent, for logged in users (eg: History, Settings, Contribute)
- [ ] Instrument rating with Matomo

I do agree that it should be improved!

I would say that the first step could be to display the buttons vertically.

If we go a bit further, I suggested in https://github.com/openfoodfacts/smooth-app/issues/1299#issuecomment-1075195778 a dialog with the "Enjoying this app?" title

What we could do is a bottom sheet, which might feel less oclusive/intrusive

The thing is that by definition, this is supposed to be intrusive, as the user does not click/decide to see that dialog.
