[Bug]: Custom Weapon Skins tied to maps don't properly clear after map change. #95

Describe the bug.

For maps that have custom items that replace the default weapon textures the textures fail to reset to the vanilla textures after a map change.

What server did this occur on?

Local Server

Reproduction steps

  1. Create server on the map "custom_weapons_showcase" using in game server creator (Not legacy).
  2. Pick up weapons.
  3. Create server on any other map that doesn't have custom weapons, in this case "dm_dev_itemtest" using in game server creator (Not legacy).
  4. Pick up the weapons corresponding to whatever you picked up before, notice how the rocket launcher is red or the nailgun is green, since "custom_weapons_showcase" replaces the rocket launcher and nailgun with burst and poison variants. Firing the weapon seems to indicate they still function perfectly normal however.

Windows

Expected behavior

Custom Weapon skins clear and display the vanilla skins (E.G green rocket launcher, white nailgun, brown double barrel/super shotgun)

Relevant log output

Additional context

Have yet to check if this is an issue with custom_weapons_showcase not clearing the skins or if dm_dev_itemtest is weird and retains the skins.
