Color contrast issues #334

Some components have color contract which does not comply with RGAA standard. We should fix that.

e.g:

On the input field:
- About the active state:
- The border color (greyscale-300) (could be replaced by greyscale-600?)
- The text color (greyscale-600) (could be replaced by greyscale-700?)
- Success state:
- The text and border color (success-600) (could be replaced by success-800?)

@jblagadec, I'll take care of that once I finish contributing to the Select component.

@jbpenrath, we met with @jblagadec this afternoon and agreed that I'd develop the contributions primarily regarding our needs with the product La Régie, such as these.

Thanks @daproclaima !! One more precision: these suggestions would not only improve La Régie, but also any product that needs to meet accessibility requirements :)
