`gml:lowerConder` typo in `FeatureCollection-1.xml` #81

Describe the bug

FeatureCollection-1.xml contains an obvious typo:

Expected behavior

gml:lowerConder should be spelled gml:lowerCorner.

Thank you for reporting. However, it seems that this test resources is not used in the Maven project. Thus, I propose to delete the file completely.
