fix: update all Storybook packages to v8.45.0 #796

This PR updates all Storybook packages to v8.45.0. Mismatched packages were causing the loading of the storybook to break.

Upgrade also caused some stories using CSFv2 to break. Updated those breaking stories to CSFv3 syntax.
