[tesla] Support for Tesla wall connector

I would like to integrate the Tesla wall connector (wallbox) within OpenHAB. That could fit into the Tesla binding.

Possible use cases:

1. Visualize the charging process
2. Calculate and display the charging costs (by year or charging session)
3. Control other things/devices when a vehicle gets connected or disconnected (for example control lights, control door locks, send a notification, etc.)
4. Send or display over-heating warnings

The Tesla wall connector gen. 3 has interesting API endpoints with interesting information which could get implemented as channels or properties:

• /api/1/vitals - contactor_closed - vehicle_connected (I don't know the difference between vehicle_connected and contactor_closed) - pcba_temp_c (current temperature of the board) - mcu_temp_c (current temperature of processor) - handle_temp_c (current temperature of the handle) - currentA_a, currentB_a, currentC_a (current power of the phases) - voltageA_v, voltageB_v, voltageC_v (current voltage of the phases) - The binding should be able to calculate the current power usage in watt (W) with the "current" and "voltage" information. - session_energy_wh (how much watt hours (Wh) are used to charge the vehicle)
• /api/1/lifetime - contactor_cycles_loaded / charge_starts or connector_cycles (total amount of charging sessions) - energy_wh (total watt hours (Wh) used for charging) - charging_time_s (total time used for charging in seconds)
• /api/1/version - firmware_version - serial_number
