Added ContactSensor tag capability #89

Hello, I added ContactSensor as a recognizable tag from the HomeKit tags and added functionality to provide get status on those items. This will allow the addition of items that are switch based but are read only (cannot be programmatically switched on and off) such as door and window sensors. Take a look and let me know your thoughts.

Hi, sorry for the late response. I was trying to get the skill approved to be part of the v19, for that reason something could be changed in the code and now I see there are some conflicts.
