We would like to create a list of possible options for the haemodialysis sites. How do we make one?

Additionally we would like to expand the resuscitation options to include a few more options, how do we do this? The options would be, DNAR + NIV, + ITU, +Ward-based, + no IVs

Haemodialysis sites are already editable here: http://opal-bristol-renal.herokuapp.com/adminrenal/access_site/

Updating the resuscitation options to come from a list that you can update in the admin would be entirely possible.
