Research Data should not be extractable by non-researchers #31

This both means:

1) Research Specific Data for a patient entered on elCID (e.g an ID-Inpatient, enrolled in RID-RTI)

2) A patient with community acquired pneumonia who is enrolled in RID-RTI but isn't under the care of any of the routine clinical teams i.e if I do a search for community acquired pneumonia the above patient should not be returned, nor should there data be downloadable to me as a clinical user

Deployed to elcid04-test - search and advanced search now respect team restrictions.

There's a clinical lead user as clinicallead/clinicallead1

Searching for sarah on elcid04-test as a user who is & isn't part of the study in the admin should show you the differences
