No framewise shifting on FFmpeg decoded videos #172

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Watch a video that has its codec bound to the FFmpeg decoder in the
movist prefs
2. Use the "Previous Frame / Next Frame" Hotkeys
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to move backward / forward framewise. Instead movist shows
"Previous frame / Next frame" but nothing happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Software is version 0.6.8. OS is Mac OS X 10.6.3.

Please provide any additional information below.
