  • [ ] Adopt the OpenJS Foundation Code of Conduct

Done, also added to the repo as below.

  • [ ] Update project CoC reporting methods to include OpenJS Foundation escalation path

Using the OpenJS CoC email for that is that okay?

  • [ ] Transfer official domains to OpenJS Foundation

I think that was done, I checked in Slack.

  • [ ] If choosing to use a Contributor License Agreement (CLA) or Developer Certificate of Origin (DCO), make selection and implement appropriate tool blocked pending lang from board, See openjs-foundation/cross-project-council#124

Was this resolved? We use the CLA right now.

  • [ ] Add or Update Governance.md document (required for Impact stage)

No need to do that for Grunt?

  • [ ] Confirm required files in place (CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md, LICENSE.md)

Added. Do we need to change LICENSE from JQuery Foundation https://github.com/gruntjs/grunt/blob/master/LICENSE

  • [ ] Update legal copyright notice on project website and github

What should that be? I can add that to the website.

  • [ ] Add OpenJS Foundation logo to project website

Done added this into the footer of the site.

  • [x] Add Project logo to OpenJS Foundation website; update PROJECTS.md file
  • [ ] Transfer logomark to the OpenJS Foundation

What needs to be done here? I Think that might be complete.

  • [ ] If project is using crowdfunding platforms, add disclaimer to platforms

No crowdfunding.

  • [ ] Identify individuals from the project to join the CPC

@vladikoff for now, anyone else?

  • [ ] Document project and foundation contacts for:

    • marketing & social media
    • infrastructure
    • legal/governance help

At this time I think it's just me (@vladikoff) and secondary @shama
