Make available in panel datasets:

[ ] precipitation anomalies -> drought risk /wildfire risk/fire deforestation suitability
[ ] shallow groundwater anomalies -> drought risk /wildfire risk/fire deforestation suitability
[ ] hurricanes (currently not in package, needs manual processing)
[ ] disbursement data (e.g. disbursement per ha)

Update: Hurricane data are now part of the panels ("notaffhurricane" & "affhuricane")
