8 months ago This one looks massive to me. I put it together into a visible page to have a better impression on how it would like in the end. So I will simply note done my comments here and then we can see what to do with them:
- [ ] The file has become really massive with very few subsection. I recommend that we break it into logically digestable parts such that the reader has a simpler time to find the content. Not sure if this has to be done in this PR or if we should do this in a separete issue.
- [ ] I would stick with a single title that we also use in the README. I am also not sure at all about the KfW. Why there and not in the readme ?
- [ ] The new introduction is cool, but fairly general. I would really separate it into an extra file. Not sure what would be fitting there...
- [ ] The comment on the file format seems a bit out of place here. Especially, if we add XML, json etc. Would move it into an FAQ maybe...
As for the rest of the content, I cannot comment, but there we will have to wait for @Jo-Schie for example.
I completed my update of the general guidelines (= index) - taking into account the read-me in Excel (Extra-Chapter), the notes in the columns of the excel template as well as the general recommendations (beyond protected areas) of Balthasar's tutorial.
I also added a new recommendation on filling the GADM GID, Level and version in the "Project location identifier" column, which needs to be discussed. I also already mentioned Kobo Toolbox, because this should be ready during the next days.
And I mentioned the geodata collection ToR everywhere where information by the KfW counterpart may be required or desired. We can then keep all info to be provided by KfW in these ToR. I will upload the updated ToR also in Github after review (see Kanban Board).
