Destroy federation before create gives error #300

Using RTI version named portico-nightly-2016.05.28-linux64.tar.gz.

A destroy federation execution before a create federation execution results in an error: portico.lrc.jgroups: FAILURE destroyFederationExecution doesn’t exist…
