What a cluster. I completely forgot to do a maintenance branch for 2.1.x, so we've been doing fixes to maintenance off the older version. What I've done here is:
Create a new branch from the portico-2.1.0 tag - branch is called maintenance-2.1.x
Cherry pick each commit from when this branch diverged from maintenance-2.0.x (in order) onto it
Done some updates to ensure the Java tests pass
This should mean that now we have a maintenance-2.1.x branch with all the recent Java11+ support added.
