No schedule inside Stop #113

If I click on "Show schedule" no stoptimes are shown.

It seems an issue on OTP side when we call, for instance: https://otp.opendatahub.bz.it/otp/routers/openmove/index/stops/1:it:22021:299:0:396/stoptimes?numberOfDepartures=3&timeRange=86400&startTime=1639090800

This is really strange, because if you call it with startTime = 0 (aka now) it works https://otp.opendatahub.bz.it/otp/routers/openmove/index/stops/1:it:22021:210:1:2839/stoptimes?numberOfDepartures=3&timeRange=86400&startTime=0

probably a bug in OpenTripPlanner, I will report it
