Auckland Islands wreck point is not complete - http://linz2osm.openstreetmap.org.nz/data_dict/dataset/auckland_is/ but it doesn't show as complete It should show as complete if finished count == total count.

it's controlled by a tick box in the layer tagging admin page next to "tagging approved" tick box.

I can see some value in not auto-completing, i.e. having an admin sign off that it was uploaded completely and only showing up as "Complete" then.

oh, and maybe for a more useful peer review we shouldn't sign off on our own uploads as "Completed" ?
