Text search not available. #380

As the ConceptWiki Services are currently not available, the text search API calls return a 500 error code.

Is ConceptWiki gone for good?

I do remember a few days ago trying to visit the website just to collect some info, and discovering the website not responding. Just figured it was some temporary glitch.

According to NBIC, we were hosting ConceptWiki on Open Link. Is there a possibility to host it on AWS? There is a github repository for it https://github.com/openphacts/conceptwiki-docker, maybe @stain can confirm if this is the correct one?

ConceptWiki search is dead. Long live Elasticsearch ops-search.
