Could you describe more the "functionality to stop the rating SMS follow up". Does it turn off the entire follow up SMS messages for all of referrals/check-ins for that beneficiary?
Keep in the database as we may be doing some sort of rating that will be displayed on the record down the line depending on how many answers we get during the pilot

The beneficiaries should receive check-in and referral SMS
*if there's a setting to stop just the follow-up rating would be great. Otherwise, I will think of a way around it
