OpenResty without OPM? #75

Closed distortedsignal closed 5 years ago

I've got a relatively recent OpenResty install, and it looks like I don't have OPM along with it - is this expected?

Hello,

Is /usr/local/openresty/bin in your PATH?

distortedsignal commented 5 years ago

It is not, however -

> ls -lahtR /usr/local/openresty/bin/
/usr/local/openresty/bin/:
total 36K
drwxr-xr-x.  2 root root  36 Nov  5 16:44 .
lrwxrwxrwx.  1 root root  37 Nov  5 16:44 openresty -> /usr/local/openresty/nginx/sbin/nginx

I want to say I installed this with yum - would that cause this issue?

distortedsignal commented 5 years ago

I think I found the issue - it's between the computer and the chair, and how he's not reading the documentation:

From TFM:

openresty-opm

This package contains the command-line utility opm for OpenResty Package Manager. This tool can be used to install community-contributed OpenResty packages from the central OPM package server:
