Edge Browser: edges that have "head:ignore" should be shown for members of the head (if head is a group)

For edge invitations like Custom_Max_Papers or Assignment_Availability where the head if the reviewers group, the default values should be shown for edges where the profile.id is member of the head group.

If we recruit external reviewers that are not part of the reviewers group, we shouldn't show the default custom max paper value because that reviewer is not an official reviewer.

i think the process function of assignment recruitment is adding the accepted invited reviewer to the all reviewers group so it looks correct to show default custom max papers
