https://github.com/opensafely-core/r-docker/issues/79 - This has been closed but I am not sure if "Epi" package has not been successfully installed since I couldn't use it on the server.

@rriefu: thanks for reporting this. I'll close this issue in favour of the later issue #89, which is discussing the same problem, and also has some extra tasks within.
