Updates to autumn booster project - some changes still need to be made but ready to start getting the data ready on OpenSafely

• Had attempted to implement pooled logistic models but ended up reverting back to Cox and KM
• Have updated region to be STP
• have made changes to dates
• have updated censoring rules so that the unboosted individual is also censored when they get the vaccine

Still need to do the following:

• implement clinically vulnerable status as a subgroup
• fix the create project r file which has now stopped working
