[Proposal] - Visualization builder in Discover #6089

Overview

The following proposal aims to show an experience where Discover users can switch to a visualization builder experience in Discover to more quickly move from event exploration to creating visualizations

Visualization tab

Users can switch from event results to visualization via the tab navigation in Discover

Visualization Suggestions

To speed up visualization creation users are presented with visualization suggestions based on the fields or query they already have. image (16)

If the Patterns and Metrics features are missing, we might want to move the Visualize option a different spot so as not to waste as much space. Also, the navigation from documents to visualizations may be confusing if it's buried in the middle of elements that will disappear. Better would be a consistent switcher outside of the pane that navigates.
