Below build is used in workflows: https://ci.opensearch.org/ci/dbc/distribution-build-opensearch-dashboards/2.17.0/7946/linux/x64/tar/dist/opensearch-dashboards/opensearch-dashboards-2.17.0-linux-x64.tar.gz

Closing this backport. As 2.17.0 opensearch-dashboards build is used for testing purpose causing tests to fail.
