This PR has been included in build node-feature-discovery-container-v4.15.0-202403260708.p0.g47b205c.assembly.stream.el9 for distgit node-feature-discovery. All builds following this will include this PR.
This will fix most of the SAST security scanner results reported in OCPBUGS-25329 by updating go.mod and the vendor directory to the versions used in 4.16
It will still leave at least one SAST reported error in the hooks code open, that should be fixed in a future PR
