Fix Crash on RegClass Window #100

Criteria 1

Given:

The User has opened the Add RegClass Window
The User has entered valid data

When:

The User clicks save

Then:

The node should be added to the Nodes list
The node should be save to the IR .yaml

Tentatively closing this issue. I had RegClass marked as seg faulting when I tried to add a RegClass with no registers, but I can no longer reproduce the issue. It is possible that one of my other fixes fixed the issue or I had this erroneously marked.
