Implement Static Instruction Format Node Info Window

Criteria 1

Give:

• A project with a valid instruction format is loaded

When:

• The user opens the IF info window

Then:

• A diagram of the instruction format will be displayed

Criteria 2

Give:

• A project with a valid instruction format is loaded

When:

• The user opens the IF info window

Then:

• Overlapping bit ranges will be displayed in red

Criteria 3

Give:

• A project with a valid instruction format is loaded

When:

• The user opens the IF info window

Then:

• Unused bit ranges will be displayed in yellow

Criteria 4

Give:

• A project with a valid instruction format is loaded

When:

• The user opens the IF info window

Then:

• Display black endcap if last field extends past IF width

Criteria 5

Give:

• A project with a valid instruction format is loaded

When:

• The user opens the IF info window

Then:

• Key describing highlight meanings will be displayed

Criteria 6

Give:

• A project with a valid instruction format is loaded

When:

• The user opens the IF info window

Then:

• Bit ranges should be displayed inside of each inner box of the IF box

Give:

• A project with a valid instruction format is loaded

When:

• Field labels should be displayed above each field in the IF box

@jleidel The idea here is to give the user a visual indication of possible problems in the IF. Bullet point 2 in the then makes sense to me, but if there is a reason to allow overlapping fields I'll change the color so that it doesn't look like an error. Also, if there are other possible errors that I could represent visually here please let me know.
