Team member component and list + Partner clickable logos and community, industry, academia categories

created a ContactCard component together with a ContactProps type. The main page gets the list of team members from /content/team.json and renders a collection of ContactCards.

Since Partners also introduces changes to the main page, I joined both branches into one. Conceptually, both features use the same approach: using a JSON file in the content to manage the list of partners or team members, using the images folder for image resources, and displaying the content using a Component and a map on the main page.

Also updated te README.md to reflect how to edit the resources.
