Billing Module not accesable #73

billling module is not accesable for any user other than admin, even with billing admin role, what could be wrong?. i'm using the latest version (it show 404 unauthorized page ),

Add utility role to the user. Specifically you need to select 2 permissions from utility role

  1. Utility change billing counter view
  2. Utility main view
