Predictive Modelling Competition July Summary

A big thank you to all the competition submissions over the last few months from everybody (@jhjensen2 @cstein @vandan-revanur @finlayiainmaclean @rarijit @GemmaTuron @aleixgimeno @arnaucoma24 @miquelduranfrigola @tbrx @dehaenw)!

From each of the six submissions, we have narrowed down your lists and chosen target compounds that we could either buy immediately or make within a few steps. These are summarised below with colour coding as per the legend.

• The two green compounds were successfully synthesised and sent to Warwick for the inhibition assay (#84).
• The blue compounds have/will be purchased from Enamine and shipped directly to Warwick for assaying.
• The pink compounds are at various stages of synthesis; either part way through the synthesis or awaiting reagents to arrive.

I will update with the results once all the compounds have been assayed. Stay tuned!

Just to update - we have now purchased the remaining Enamine compounds (in blue). They will be synthesised by Enamine (~4 weeks) and sent to Warwick directly. The list of SBNB & Ersilia compounds was cut to 5. From top to bottom, left to right - we have bought 1, 3, 5, 6 and 8.
