Update doses due per vaccine / CHA / date report

We need to make updates to the report generated on how many doses are due per vaccine (and CHA / date), to ensure it reflects all updated eligibility and vaccine logic.

This includes:

• [ ] Ensuring that all vaccines no longer in the schedule are removed
• [ ] Ensuring all services no longer in the schedule are removed (like Vitamin A)
• [ ] Ensuring logic is updated based on new schedule
• [ ] Confirming logic is only counting the next vaccine children are due for and not all overdue vaccines (aka even if a child has multiple vaccines that they should have already received based on their age, only show include counts for the ones that they are currently eligible for)

@paulinembabu the only items that should be due for a child are:

1. Vaccines in their schedule
2. The vaccine card

@paulinembabu when you update this, can you pls also ensure that the vaccine names are also updated, they should all read in the app as listed below:
