Ensure children shown in pie chart click through are accurate #1475

When the user looks at the pie chart visualization of children up-to-date on their vaccines vs not, they are able to click through on each of the two areas to see the list of children who make up those two counts.

Currently, there is a bug in how those lists of children are being generated because children who are up-to-date are showing up in the not up-to-date list and vice versa.

If this issue is going to take more than a day to fix, LMH would prefer we just remove the lists altogether.

@paulinembabu LMH just shared that the pie chart itself now looks like it's not calculating properly. It is only showing 1 kid as not up to date on vaccines, which is not possible given the children in the register. Could you look into this as part of this issue?
