Create Children (0-23 months) up to date on immunizations indicator

Label: "Children (0-23 months) up to date on immunizations" Note below: "OPV 0 not included"

Calculations:

Green - Count of children aged 0 to < 24 months who are currently not due or due for any vaccinations.

Red - Count of children aged 0 to < 24 months who are currently overdue for at least one or more vaccinations.

Note: 0PV 0 is not counted in this. Included vaccines are: BCG, OPV 1-3, PCV 1-3, Penta 1-3, Rota 1-2, IPV, YF, MCV 1, and MCV 2 only.

Note: In the event the mockup does not match the content in this issue and in the reporting dictionary, ignore the content in the mockup and use what's in this issue and the reporting dictionary only.

QA 19 June release

• [ ] Indicator doesn't seem to update at first. I am using a new login with no data to test (chaseven). I registered a new child (0 days old) and did a home visit and recorded both OPV 0 and BCG vaccines, so the child should be counted as up to date on immunizations, but the indicator didn't update (it stayed on the null state).
• [ ] Then, when I registered a new child who was 6 months old and I recorded all of their vaccines up to date, I would expect the indicator to update to show 2 children up to date on immunizations, but instead it updated and showed 15 children NOT up to date. I think it's counting the number of immunizations instead of the number of children. See below. I'm expecting it to be on 2 green.

Suggested Fix:

• Look into the counts returned by the 2 queries defined in the indicator definitions YAML file.
  • Confirm counts for only included vaccines
• Look into aggregation of the latest count in updateLatestCount() function to ascertain the correct count is returned
