Add process PNC children #50

Added processing of PNC registered children
Removed PNC registration from the FamilyOtherMemberProfileActivity so that PNC registration is consistent with registration from the ANC member profile

This PR addresses https://github.com/OpenSRP/opensrp-client-goldsmith/issues/49
