Vaccination popup/profile #278

The goal is to redraw the vaccination grid so that the items would be tapable.

@keymane @maina @cagulas This look okay? Each row with a color would be clickable to open an edit/new vaccine. I assume white means a new vaccine isn't possible yet. Could add a little edit icon next to dates on the editable/submittable fields.

Some notes: I didn’t do much, just spaced it out a bit more to increase the clickable area. If all of that profile info is needed, turning them into buttons required grouping differently, which didn't seem worthwhile.

This looks great. I'll ask @maimoonak and the PK science team to give their feedback as well. I think I might like to see the vaccine series separated better, so BCG on its own, then PCV series on its own, etc. Is there a reason why you grouped them this way?

@cagulas Mainly so they would fit without scrolling, but I can see how it could be confusing. I think I can move IPV to below the OPV group and fix the issue though.
