browse history: show only last x edits #2286

If you have a big relation (e.g. http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/71770), you are not able to view the last edits, because the history-page is too long with tens or hundreds of thousand lines.

Please add the Feature to view only the last x (e.g. 5) edit at a time.

... or allow to jump to a specifc version of this element e.g. version 1 of a relation.
