As part of the new genetics pipeline, we need to produce an Ensembl output in line with the specifications described in #2984
This task requires first the availability of L2G evidence. Blocked by #3453
In the gentropy package, we will at least need the following:
[ ] A dataset EnsemblVEP
[ ] A step to generate the EnsemblVEP
[ ] Related documentation sections
This data will be uploaded to EBI FTP for the Ensembl team's consumption. The web application does not consume it, so it has no further dependencies there.
