Plugins package #40

weren't we going to specify a specific serval plugin package? It might be more helpful for people doing custom Commotion builds, so they can see what exactly the plugins are.

Yes. I want to do a couple of things to improve plugins organization. This is a short term fix to make working images available while I work on the makefile syntax.
