Unable to get headtracking with pointtracker to work #37

opentrack_error Hello Devs,

I just tried opentrack on Windows 7 but I was unable to get this working. I use a PS3 cam with a 3 point IR-model. For FactrackNoIR this works nearly perfect. In the settings of PointTracker 1.1 or in the video preview in opentrack I can see that 3 points are detected but opentrack somehow does not recognize the movement. I tried different versions of opentrack.

Is there something I missed?

The following conditions must be met:

in PT options, input the model coordinates
In mapping window, input splines so that raw values correspond to any movement

The octopus should move now.

Select a protocol, if data is to be output to some other software
Select and configure a filter. See the wiki for some notes.
Write back or close the issue if it's not solved or is, respectively.

Yeah, setting the model coordinates makes the octopus moving ;) You should add this instructions to your readme.md
