Information Dashboard for SciUnit #186

The Travis CI dashboard is unlikely to be sufficient for providing the kind of information we would like about SciUnit tests. The natural solution would be for SciUnit tests to have their own information dashboard, even if the tests themselves are run by Travis CI.

The dashboard being developed by MetaCell for SciUnit/NeuronUnit is likely to get us 90% of the way there (and will require a few OpenWorm-specific changes to make it useful here).

I'm closing #184 - #186 because it seems like these should probably be moved to the tests repo.
