Segfaults when running on Linux. #293

Hello, When trying to run openworm on my Linux VM, I get the errors found in #263 which was run on windows and when trying to run sibernetic on its own, I get the segfaults also found in #263. Why am I getting these errors when I am running on a Linux VM?

@ThatMelon Could you possibly try with the latest Dockerfiles in the master branch?
