95 finish feeder work #101

Fixes #95 This adds the rest of the feeder documentation. Specifically

  1. Fleshes out the on-screen images for setting up feeders in OpenPnP
  2. Adds connecting links from one section to the next of the guide
  3. Clarifies the software flashing instructions to program the feeders
  4. Adds links from the FTP docs to send users to these new powered feeder docs if they decide to use powered feeders instead of tray feeders.
  5. Adds the "Final Setup" page which helps with fine-tuning your new feeders.
  6. I added one CSS thing because I was lazy and didn't make a second PR so sue me.

I think this is the last bit we need to officially support Feeders!
