Validate Phase One Migration Doc #114

When the phase 1 docs are complete, we need to validate the doc from start to finish with deployed apps (weblogic and helidon).

This issue depends on the completion the phase-1 migration document. There are several TBDs in the doc: https://github.com/oracle-cne/ocne/blob/5e75f8d6a4cdbd93bca84ae578939a1ce6f5db86/doc/experimental/phase1.md

Validation Checklist

[x] Create OCNE 1.7 cluster
[x] Install Verrazzano 1.6.12
[x] Install Todo WebLogic app and test it
[x] Install Hello Helidon and test it
[ ] Follow phase-1 doc
[ ] Ensure OAM resource are gone
[ ] Ensure Verrazzano related resources are gone
[ ] Ensure all consoles can be accessed
[ ] Ensure Apps work
[ ] Ensure App metrics work
[ ] Ensure App logging works
