I'm noticing that Prakruti and the team leads ran out of time the 2021 hackathon to add CONTRIBUTE.md files for each subsystem of the repo. Prakruti merged a suggested outline in the aifororcas-livesystem repo README:
Another nice contribution this week could be for each team (lead or delegates) to author some content for the CONTRIBUTE.md files in their respective subsystem directories. Note that each subsystem seems to have a well-developed README.md file, but each of them may need to be updated at the end of the 2022 hackathon -- ideally with some indication of progress made, issues outstanding, and new feature requests and/or strategies for advancing in 2023.
