Add axes to spectrograms #89

As a bioacoustician end-user (OrcaHello moderator persona), In the default moderator view of candidates and the Detail view of candiates with overlain detections, I would like to see the axes of the spectrogram, specifically frequency (in Hz) and time (in seconds) with ticks and labels.

@micowan -- When @pastorep mentioned tonight looking for more/better ways to generate spectrograms from audio data for the ML algorithms, I wondered if any new approach could also make it easier to add axes and labels to the spectrograms used in the moderator portal. Perhaps notes and approaches could be compared between 2023 hackathon teams?
