high res pre-stitching files are not generated if ROT.TXT is not there #6

Pre-stitching files should be generated first, then the user should be asked to bigstitch, then the rotation should be applied, because the rotation sometimes is not obvious until you have your bigstitched files to compare to HCR1

Update: even with rotation.txt in the right directory, the unwarped files are not being generated (no unwarped folder being made)
